How to Login to Your WordPress Dashboard

Accessing the WordPress Dashboard is the first step towards designing your site!  Here is a quick review of how you can login!

  1. First, open a new tab in your web browser and go to yourdomain.com/wp-admin so for example, thetikisurfshop.com/wp-admin is the url you will see in the screenshot below.

    Enter the username and password you set during the install process, then select the Log In button to access your dashboard.

NOTE: If you don't remember your login, check your email with the details of your WordPress installation, which should have your username.  You can then select the Lost your password? link below the WordPress login to have a password reset link emailed to you to reset your password.
