How to Setup Email Forwarding
Sending copies of emails to other addresses one at a time can be a real hassle, especially if that means checking an email account you rarely use. If that's the case, and you still need important emails forwarded to one convenient location, use the forwarding tool from cPanel to get that setup so you never need to worry!
Login to your cPanel account.
Once you are in cPanel's home page, located the 'Mail' section towards the top, then select the Forwarders icon.
In the Forwarders tool, you will find two types of forwarders you can add: you can select Add Forwarder which will let you setup one email address to forward to one address. Or, you can select Add Domain Forwarder to forward all incoming emails to one domain to a particular address. 'Add Forwarder' is by far the most common, so let's go over that setup first.
After selecting 'Add Forwarder' you will come to a the following form to complete:
Enter the email address you have hosted here that you wish to forward. Be sure to select the proper domain from the drop down menu to the right!
For destination, type in the email address you wish to have receiving the forwarded email.
When you have checked to make sure everything has been entered correctly, select the Add Forwarder button on the bottom to create the forwarder.
To create a Domain forwarder, select the Add Domain Forwarder button from the main Forwarder page, and you will see the form below: Simply select the domain you wish to forward all email from the dropdown menu to the left, then enter the domain you wish to receive the emails from, then select the Add Domain Forwarder button to apply the changes.
