How to Access Webmail

With email accounts being created, the next natural step is to login and begin your mail service.  With multiple ways to access email these days, it can be a challenge to know which one(s) to use.  With cPanel, we offer 3 different clients you can use.  Horde, Roundcube, and SquirrelMail.  The best part is you can use all three and it won't effect which emails you see, so you can find the client that works best for your needs!  Now, let's get you logged in!

  1. Login to your cPanel account.

  2. Once you are in cPanel's home page, located the 'Mail' section towards the top, then select the 'Webmail' icon.

  1. From there you will come to an informative screen with a login icon located in the middle to select to be taken to your webmail portal.

  1. From there you will be taken to your webmail home page, where you can select which of the three mail clients to use.

NOTE. Below each client will be a link to 'Enable Autoload.'  Selecting this will take  you directly into the chosen client, rather then to this landing page.  You can disable this at any time by selecting the back button in your browser to return to the landing page.

  1. While this is the most direct way to using Webmail, you can also access webmail by logging into your cPanel and selecting the 'Email Account' icon in the Mail section, instead of 'Webmail.'  From there locate which email account you wish to login with, then to the far right, select the 'More' tab to pull down a menu.  Select 'Access Webmail' from that menu to login to the webmail client landing page.
