      How to Restore your Site Using a Backup

      Restore from Backups

      Backups are taken nightly and are stored for upto 7 days, any of these backups can be used to restore your site to the way it was on the previous day.

      Here is how:

      1. Access cPanel
        a. Use the Customer Login link at the top of Voonami.com to gain access to your account.
        b. Navigate to Services
        c. Navigate to the Web Hosting Service
        d. Scroll to the bottom
        e. Click the Login to cPanel Button.

      2. cPanel will load

      3. Navigating to JetBackup 5
        a. Click Tools.
        b. Scroll Down to the section called Files.
        c. Click on the link for JetBackup 5.

      4. Once opened, Decide exactly what you want to restore.
        The list below includes some details about restoring aspects of your site successfully.

      Please be aware, the backups are taken on a schedule, if you've only made minor changes rolling back to the previous backup will replace all data and will overwrite previous changes.

      Full Account Backups

      Each available full account backup is listed by date.
      A restore will replace absolutely everything in your account, so it's reverted to the date selected.

      Home Directory

      Each Home Directory backup is listed by date.
      When you choose a day, you can also click the Change Files Selection Button to restore or download a directory, or an individual file.

      Cron Jobs

      Cron Job backups are listed by date.
      All cron Jobs can be downloaded or restored to a specific date.

      Databases

      Each database is listed in this page.
      To choose a backup date, select the Database, and click 'Choose Other Backup.'
      If you just need an entry, download, and manipulate your database
      If you don't have transactions in the database you can restore each database to an available incremental backup.

      Database Users

      Allows restoration of individual databases users and their permissions.
      To choose a backup date, select the user, and click 'Choose Other Backup.'

      DNS Zones

      Each Domain is listed.
      To choose a backup date, select the Domain, and click 'Choose Other Backup.'

      Certificates

      Certificate Backups are listed by domain. Subdomains are included.
      To choose a backup date, select the Domain, and click 'Choose Other Backup.' Certificates will be rolled back to the date, be sure to have new certificates available to re-install.

      Email Accounts

      Each Email Account is listed.
      To choose a backup date, select the Email Account, and click 'Choose Other Backup.'

      FTP Accounts

      Each FTP Account is listed.
      To choose a backup date, select the FTP Account, and click 'Choose Other Backup.'
