      Zimbra Filter - SPAM Moved to Junk Folder

      Utilize the following filter to automatically move emails marked as SPAM by our Spam/AV filter into your Zimbra Junk folder.

      Step-by-step guide (Modern Web Client)

      1. Login to https://zimbra.voonami.com.

      2. Click the gear icon next to your username on the top right of the web client.

      3. Select Settings.

      1. Navigate to filters on the left side and click + Add a filter.

      1. On the top right of the filters, click Switch to advanced.

      1. Add the spam rule as follows:

        1. Filter Name: spam

        2. If an incoming message meets any of these conditions.

        3. Condition: Header named X-Voonami-Mail-Filter contains SPAM

        4. Then: Move to folder Spam

        5. Also: checked And do not process additional filters.

      1. Click Save.

      2. Ensure the Filter is checked.
