      Zimbra - Creating an Email Signature

      Creating an Email Signature

      1. Login into the Zimbra web client.

      2. Click on the ‘Preferences’ towards the top of your screen.

      3. Select ‘Signatures’ on the left column.

      4. Then use the formatting options to create your email signature.

      5. Be sure you are formatting in HTML. If you cannot see the HTML options, change the option in the drop-down menu to ‘Format As HTML’.

      6. Click the graphic button to add a graphic to your signature.

      7. Click the link button to add a link to your signature.

      8. Select ‘New Signature’ to save your new email signature.
