Zimbra Blacklist and Whitelist

At times it is necessary to block or allow an email from a specific individual, domain or IP address and override the system settings. Adding a person to a blacklist will block that email address, domain or IP. Likewise, adding it to your whitelist will ensure delivery even when they system is flagging the message as SPAM. To manage your blacklist and whitelist, follow these simple steps:

Modern Interface

  1. Log into your email using Zimbra

  2. Navigate to settings.

  1. Within the Settings panel, choose Blocked and Allowed Senders.

  1. Enter blocked or allowed senders within their respective section.

  2. Use the buttons at the bottom of each section to add or remove the entered domains or email addresses.

  3. Click save on the bottom of the Settings panel.

Classic Interface

  1. Log into your email using https://zimbra.voonami.com/

  2. Navigate to Preferences.

  3. Navigate to Mail.

  4. Scroll to Spam Mail Options.

  5. Enter emails or domains into the appropriate Block or Allow domains field, and click Add.

  1. Click Save at the top of the Preferences menu.
