Zimbra - Setting Up Account Recovery (Password Reset)

It can be frustrating to forget your email password, but with Voonami's self-service password recovery feature, regaining access to your Zimbra account is straightforward. This guide will walk you through setting up and using this feature.

Setting Up Your Password Recovery Email

First, you'll need to designate a recovery email address. This can be any valid email account you choose; it doesn't have to be a Voonami email address.

      1. Log in to Zimbra Webmail: Access your Voonami Zimbra account through the web client.

      2. Navigate to Settings: Go to Account Recovery.

        • Note for Classic UI Users: In the classic web UI, the "Account Recovery" option is located under Preferences > Accounts > Account Recovery.
