View Tickets

There will be times when you open a support ticket for an issue that you have had previously, but you just can't quite remember the solution to fix the problem.  Not to worry, our system keeps a record of all ticketed conversations that you have had with us previously, so you can search through your ticket history to find what you were looking for!   Finding where they are stored though can be a bit tricky.  Here are some steps to help find them:

 

  1. After logging into your Support Portal, go down the left side menu and select the '+' sign next to 'Support' to pull down a sub-menu, and from there, select 'View Tickets'

  1. Once the 'View Tickets' page loads, you will see displayed a list of all current opened tickets that you have being worked on.  To access the closed tickets, you need to navigate to the top right side of your screen where you will see a dropdown menu That by default will have 'Open/On Hold Tickets' selected.  Select the dropdown menu and select either the 'Closed Tickets' option if you wish to only view your closed tickets, or 'All Tickets' to view every ticket that has been opened under your account.

  1. To see what the status is of the ticket(s) you are viewing, the far right column in the main portion of your screen is for 'Type' letting you know if the ticket is Open or Closed.
