Remote and Smart Hands Usage

Remote and Smart hands are a great way for you to utilize our skilled, 24x7 staff to help with your services. Here you will learn how to check your current usage of Remote and Smart hands for the month. This will show you the time that has been billed as well as which tickets have been associated with the work being billed.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to the Support Portal | If you do not have a login, click here.

  2. Click on "View Services" from the left side menu

  1. Click on "Remote Hands, Smart Hands, Custom Development Hours" service

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the service page and under "Ticket Billing" you will see the breakdown of the hours billed and all tickets related to the work being billed

  1. You can see on the image above the # of tickets associated with each service (Remote and Smart hands in this case) as well as look back at other periods to check historical usage as well. As time is logged and the hourly rate is displayed, the total will display on Amount Due field.
