      Payment by Credit Card

Before being able to pay any invoice(s) that are pending, you first need to check to make sure there is a valid method of payment on file that we can use.

You can do so by following these steps:

      1. Once you have logged into your Support Portal, locate the Menu on the left hand side of the screen.  From there, select the '+' sign to the left of the 'Client Profile' option to pull down a sub-menu.  The second option of that sub-menu reads 'Payment Methods.'

      1. Once 'Payment Methods' has been selected you will be taken to a window where you can see your current payment method information on file.  If you need to add a new card on file, to the top right will be a blue link labeled 'Add Credit Card'

      1. A popup window will then appear allowing you to enter in new card information that you would like to use to make future payments with.  We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa.

      1. Once the payment method has been saved, you will be taken back to the Payment Method screen, which will now show your added card, and give you the option to 'View,' 'Edit,' or 'Delete' the card at any time.
