  1. Close Fishbowl Nexus in the task tray or via task manager.

  2. Close all open Quickbooks processes on the server via task manager.

  3. Login to the Fishbowl Client and test the connection between Fishbowl and Quickbooks.

  4. If the connection has been established, try running the export.

  5. If issue persists or connection to Quickbooks failed, try restarting the server (must be done from admin account) and try the export again.

  6. If still having issues after the steps above, please call support at 801-995-4050.
