      Password Reset or Password Expired

This article will explain what to do if you need to reset your password, or if you have a password that has expired.

      Password reset

If you have a user account that needs to have the password reset, please contact Voonami Support. You can reach Voonami Support by calling (801) 995-4050, emailing us at support@voonami.com, or by utilizing the live chat feature on Voonami.com.

      Password expired

      1. If you have been prompted or informed that your password has expired, you will need to set a new password. Passwords will need to be changed every 90 days. Follow these steps to change your password.

      2. Navigate to https://secure.app.voonami.com/.

      1. Enter the username and password you use to log into the server. Once your credentials are accepted, you will be prompted to create a new password. Voonami's password requirements are as follows:

        1. Passwords must be at least 7 characters in length.

        2. Must not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters.

        3. The new password has to be a new one, it can not be one that was used before.

        4. Must contain characters from 3 of the following 4 categories:

          1. English uppercase characters (A through Z)

          2. English lowercase characters (a through z)

          3. Base 10 digits (0 through 9)

          4. Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
