When using the password reset functionality, please follow these steps. NOTE: If you leave the option on Email Address, it will reset the password but not allow you to login properly.

  1. Navigate to https://support.voonami.com

  2. Select Reset Password link - https://support.voonami.com/retrievepw.php

  3. If you are logging in with your client ID, please select Client ID from the Dropdown List. If you are logging in with your Email Address, please select Email Address from the Dropdown List.
