Once you have received your login to the Voonami Customer Portal, you are able to enable Data Center access for your team. Please follow the steps found here. [this is a place holder, i need to wait for the Data Center authorization sop to go live in confluence so I can link it]
If you are colocating at our Orem (slc1) Data Center and do not setup access in advance, each person requiring access to the Data Center will need to setup their Access Card at the West Valley (slc2) Data Center. If access is setup in advance, and the ACA is filled out and a valid photo is attached, we will meet you onsite at our slc1 facility with your Access Card Badge and will complete enrollment there. This will need to be scheduled with our team.
