Step-by-step guide
For Windows 10 & 11 operating systems:
In the search box on the taskbar, type Remote Desktop Connection.
Select Remote Desktop Connection.
Click the Show Optionsin Options in the bottom left of the window.
Under Computer type the name of the server.
Under username type your domain followed by the username. For example app\user1.vXXXX or fbihosting\user1.XXXXX.
Press connect and input your password.
